Once again...

We have reached Friday without touching the intervening days.  I checked back and saw I actually posted earlier this week but that has to be an illusion.  Yesterday was certainly a Friday…

I try to be a Christian in that I espouse Christian values, hum the hymns, attend the schooling, say the prayers and look askance at those who don’t.  Clearly I am a fraud.  I cannot love my neighbor,  if my neighbor protests with a placard praising abortion.  I cannot love my neighbor named chuck schumer.  I cannot forgive deliberate lies and character assassinations done solely for political gain. Rubbing eyes. scratching that wandering itch… wash those hands…

Grandson Jackson called last night.  He will be finished with schooling next week and will be taking leave prior to executing his orders to report to the USS North Dakota in early April.  He might even visit …
